Officer Greg Surles succumbs to injuries sustained In The Line of Duty


As most of our members were aware, Officer Kenneth ‘Greg’ Surles (NCEA Member # 2403) of the Pell City Police Department in Pell City, AL, was critically injured in a motor vehicle crash while on duty in the afternoon of Wednesday June 18th, 2008.

It is with great sadness that after a long and courageous battle, Greg has succumbed to his injuries on July 4th, 2008 at 0950 CDT.

Greg is survived by his wife Robin, and two children ages 4 years and 9 months.

Greg’s family needs our help! We are still reaching out to our members and asking each and all to give his family your support!
